I'm going to numb it while I heal.

[So don't freak out at the sudden loss of feeling or anything. He'll place his hands on the injured leg, numbing the limb and doing a precursory check to make sure it's clean before he starts healing it up.]

[It's clean; it's been first-aided, the wounds sewn up and the leg itself splinted.]

[Some of the tension goes out of his jaw when the numbing starts.]

...We're going to need to take out the stitches. I don't have a kit for that. if you have scissors I can use, we can grab them once I'm done with the first round of healing.

[But for now, he'll settle down by Thorn's leg, numbing it up and preparing to heal once it's time.]

[Cutting the stitches and pulling the thread out, not especially gentle.]

[He's really getting too used to this... but he'll numb up Thorn's back before snipping neatly through the stitches, healing it all into a long scar as he goes.]

[Once again, when he draws his hands back, the numbness fades.]

[His face is carefully, carefully blank when Izanagi goes to take the stitches out.]
