Since when does easy have anything to do with it? I'm not easy to love plenty of the time, either. 'Sides, it kinda sucks if you only love someone when it's easy. That kind of love isn't worth much.

I'm no Aphrodite kid or anything, but it just makes sense to me. Loving someone only when they act right or whatever, or when times are good, that's cheap. Relationships — any kind of 'em — are hard. They're messy. You're gonna mess up. I'm gonna mess up. But I wanna mess up, and fight, and work it out, and keep going, together. Putting the work into it is what makes it worthwhile. That's what's real.

...Wonder if we can find a place where we can have a garden in Satin's world. If it's anything like mine, we'll need to move out of the city, eventually.

Yeah, think so. I've never been out of the country, but New York was definitely too crowded for gardens. Probably the same in most big cities, right?
