They were right, unfortunately. When they said I can't, they really meant that I can't.

[He does, briefly, point the gun at his own head - pulls the trigger with the safety off a couple times. But it just clicks, completely locked up. With a smooth gesture, he flips it so he can hold it grip-first back to Calico.]

...I get that you don't consider yourself the same person. But whatever happens to Snow happens to you, too. And whatever happens to you...

I'm not stupid enough to pretend we're friends. As far as you're concerned, this is the first time we've even spoken, right? Whatever you do with your life, I don't get a say in that.

But I think it's better if you don't die. Snow's plan to kill you is stupid. You should get a chance to live without a horrible fate hanging over your head, even if you think it's pointless.

You don't have a reason to care about any of us. But I'd fucking appreciate it if you stopped trying to use everyone here as a tool for your suicide. Especially when most of them are Acidia and two of them are in love with you.

No one'll kill me, but no one really wants me alive, either. How convenient for most people they can just leave me to my fate instead of doin' a damn thing.
