Appearance + Pings
Appearance. Mint green hair, catlike golden eyes, and missing a rib on his right side. Lean and fit, he's pretty active, surprisingly. As of Day 227, pings slightly inhuman. Day 247 he pings as strongly inhuman. There's a strong sense of some godly power on him, but like neutral, not aligned to holy or demonic or anything. It's intense, whatever that force was has its fingerprints all over him. Day 279 is now slightly cursed. Post-shoreleave, always wears a bracelet modified into a necklace with a snowdrop pendant from Aster. As of Day 281, wears a bracelet with runes forming a protective charm. As of Day 302, he wears a ring engraved with snowdrops and asters, stems all entangled - no one type of flower without the other.

Powers
Healing Salv(ation)
By using actual healing tools, he can heal someone. The larger and/or more complicated the area that needs healing (such as replacing missing flesh), the longer it takes to heal. But it won't take months!!
Garden of Eden
If armed with seeds or plants, he can manipulate the growth of plants within its natural lifespan/capabilities. He can manipulate the shape of vine growth to some extent, but is limited by the natural length of the plant. Once it's fully grown he can no longer manipulate its shape, nor can he just, like, make them move. He can only age it into a desired shape while it still has room for growth.
Little Devil
He can grow devil wings on command for flight that's it that's the power.

Limelight AU
The Hizumi of this world has never known hardship. Born to bright but not particularly extraordinary parents who were already members of Acidia, Hizumi grew up eagerly awaiting the day he could begin making his own contributions to the family’s goals - a day that would come sooner than some might expect, because he’s a bonafide genius who breezed effortlessly through all of his classes and lessons, proving himself worthy of taking on the family’s work at a young age.
Ever social, Hizumi was already interested in forming connections with members of other families, both out of a genuine desire for friendship as well as with an eye towards the future of all the families - to his mind, all sorts of great things could surely come out of more collaborations between families, and in between his own projects he seeks to foster those relations in the hope that he will know a guy should he run into a conundrum that requires a specialty outside of his own family’s expertise.
His focus is on creating cures for every ailment he possibly can, meaning he studies both antidotes and the poisons that are sometimes necessary to make them. He's gained the nom de plume of "Snowdrop" due to using the flower as a frequent accessory, often shortened to just "Snow."

"Wondering about this? ...It's my favorite flower. Shall I tell you its meaning?"
You agree, because - why not? You're curious, even if it doesn't matter much in the long run.
"In the language of flowers, irises symbolize the joy of a believer. ...A nice sentiment, wouldn't you agree?"
You don't remember your reply.
MEMORY 4; Day 217 [Cookie, 2 uses]
You are in a Japanese school, walking down a hallway to the courtyard. You overhear the end of a conversation and catch a familiar voice in there, prompting you to call out to your friend: "Hey, Ayumu~!"
You know he's probably been cornered for another love confession, but you still act the part of a surprised friend when you come across the scene. After making apologies to the two girls (one who confessed and one who must surely be the moral support friend), you waste no time in dragging Ayumu into a basketball match with the school's club - one which competes nationally, according to him. After first berating you for spreading the rumor that he had his heart broken (what else are you supposed to tell them when they keep asking you??? He should just date them to check them out!) He also balks at the idea in part due to that as well as the fact that he only recently got off his crutches.
You reassure him that you found some other guys with good reflexes, and as long as he directs them to get the ball to you, you'll win. You promise to clean the bath and the toilet for a week in return, because the stakes of the match are clear: you'll get treated to yakiniku by the team if you win! And if not, well, there's no consequence, because they're so sure you'll lose.
You know you have the athletic ability and the smarts to crush them with Ayumu's help, easily. Joke's on the basketball club when they find out.

MEMORY 5; Day 221 [Feather, once use]
Note that Snow speaks in a fake Kansai dialect the whole time.
Snow and another boy his age are in the same uniform, talking on the rooftop of a building as laundry dries. There are bars preventing anyone from falling, which Snow leans on while the boy next to him uses a crutch. It's sunset, and both are dressed for chilly weather.
Snow: A woman like your sister Madoka is way too good for Kiyotaka. What's she see in him anyway?
Ayumu: My sis says she's always had poor taste in picking men.
Snow: So in other words, that's also fate.
Ayumu: Guess so.
Ayumu: Like the sun setting, mailboxes being red, and kitchen knives cutting well, that's how things are fated to be.
Snow: But if you don't sharpen the knife, it won't cut well, right?
Ayumu: And if you paint mailboxes yellow, they won't be red anymore.
Snow: If you did that, the post office would be pretty pissed. And if they got so upset they didn't send you packages anymore, you'd be in a spot.
Ayumu: That's fate too.
Snow: Aww... Fate's a scary thing.
Snow: ...Hey, Ayumu.
Snow: I'm not hopin' for anythin' so outrageous as my fate changin', okay?
Snow: My plan is on a much smaller scale.
Snow: I can tell a lie, but I won't stab you in the back.
Snow: Well... either way, let's enjoy our school life together.
Hizumi: No use rushin' things, right?
Ayumu: Even if you say that, the way you carry yourself... I don't think I can very well relax around you, you know?
Hizumi: ...Good point.
Hizumi: We both might have to be patient a little while longer, eh?
MEMORY 6; Day 224 [Ring, unlimited uses]
Though the summary refers to Hizumi, his name is never mentioned. He also speaks in a phony Kansai dialect the whole time.
After they all settle at the table with their tea, Ayumu asks if Kiyotaka told Hizumi he had to do something. Hizumi says that the only thing Kiyotaka told him was "do what you want," and upon being asked what it is he wants to do, Hizumi states that until he's killed by Ayumu... or, if that's uncomfortable to hear, until he dies - he's just going to be as positive as possible and hope for a weird or funny end. Since he already knows fate can't be changed, he's already as good as dead, so they might as well have fun together until then. Ayumu asks about how fate can't be changed, and Hizumi replies that life may not even be long enough to put it to the test.
They chat a little about the experiences Ayumu's had recently that may have changed his views on life when a braided girl brings up Ayumu going back to school. They have a minor fight over the braided girl skipping class the day before to visit Ayumu in the hospital, and Hizumi says he'll start going to school with them at Tsukiomi too, and he'll probably be in Ayumu's class thanks to Kiyotaka settling the matter. The braided girl bemoans another complicated person attending the school, and Hizumi insists it was a complicated school from the start. Ayumu mentions it would be bad for him to miss more classes and both Hizumi and the braided girl point out that he's already a slacker and the most hated person in class.
After tea, Hizumi goes to do the dishes while the braided girl and Ayumu discuss again by the apartment door - he is unable to hear their conversation.

Snow looks fairly unimpressed, taking them and checking through the passport - his picture is in there, it's a legit Japanese passport alright - and the tickets, showing various flights to a number of different countries. The visas are already taken care of, according to the man, and when Snow dryly responds that he hasn't even packed, the man cheekily wheels out a suitcase.
Snow doesn't even pretend to be anything other than resigned, though he does grab the handle on his apparent luggage and begin following the man to the car that will take them to the airport. "Aren't you just hiding from your poor wife?"
Well, there are some things that should be seen before you die - is the only answer, given with a smile that isn't returned.
MEMORY 10; [Deck of cards, 52 uses]
Kiyotaka doesn't seem to be at all on guard. It's the perfect time to strike.
Carefully, quietly, he draws a knife, not allowing his steps to speed up or falter in the slightest.
And yet...
They continue to walk. Snow's eyes are glued to the man's back, though he doesn't make a move to actually attack. Eventually, Kiyotaka calls out over his shoulder:
"Well? Are you going to do it, or not?"
Snow's steps stop as Kiyotaka turns to face him properly. Despite the fact that Snow's clearly armed, Kiyotaka seems completely unperturbed, a faint smile on his face.
Wordlessly, Snow lowers the knife. Kiyotaka almost looks disappointed.

MEMORY 11 [Email, one use]
He is ten.
It's been a normal day at school and he assumes it will be a normal evening at home - he's wrong. When his foster parents greet him at the door it's with an unusually solemn attitude, and they soon take him aside to explain his origins.
Sparknotes version:
-The "creator" made a charismatic genius named Mizushiro Yaiba
-At the age of 20, he awakened as the "Devil," and understood his purpose in life was to rid the world of humanity
-To that end, he fathered countless children who shared his intelligence, charisma, ridiculous good fortune... and homicidal tendencies. They were called the Blade Children
-Like Yaiba, these children will awaken as destroyers at the age of 20 and rid the world of Humanity
-Unbeknownst to most people, Yaiba had a clone of himself created as well - Mizushiro Hizumi (aka Izanagi), thought by most to be simply Yaiba's little brother.
-16 years after the birth of Yaiba, a second creator brought the antithesis of the Devil into existence: Narumi Kiyotaka.
-At the age of 20, Kiyotaka defeated Yaiba. There were 56 blade children left. They were only 6 years old
-It is theorized that Narumi Ayumu, Kiyotaka's little brother (also actually a clone) is destined to defeat Hizumi and save the Blade Children/the world from their fate.
Afterwards, Kiyotaka who greatly resembles Ayumu is brought in to speak with him as his foster parents leave. Kiyotaka reveals that his foster parents feared him, having realized that he resembles Yaiba too much. If left alone he would just become a second coming of Yaiba.
Hizumi doesn't seem especially deterred, however. Instead, he gives a suggestion of his own: if he was born with the same powers as that Devil, then shouldn't he be able to solve the problem the Devil created? He could use that same power to break the curse and save the Blade Children himself.
Kiyotaka seems amused, but doesn't argue even as Hizumi begins making his plans.
MEMORY 12 [Nice pen, use until ink is gone] Day 247
Ayumu introduces Snow as "my infamous opposite, the devil's little brother, Mizushiro Hizumi" to a hospitalized woman. He then goes on to say that Hizumi has been traveling with Ayumu's older brother until recently, so she can ask him about it - to which Hizumi specifies that he's been with her husband for about a month, so even he doesn't know much. However, he can try to answer with what he does know. She seems shocked to meet him.
They take her outside in a wheelchair to find a bench for the snacks Ayumu packed, with Hizumi pushing the wheelchair as Ayumu is using a single crutch while he carries the bag of food. They chatter lightly about how Hizumi living with Ayumu complicates things, but at least he can be relied on for household chores, unlike Ayumu's sister-in-law here who mixes up salt for sugar. It also comes up that the sister-in-law was actually Ayumu's first love.
As they settle down to eat, the topics become heavier. Hizumi insists he's accepted his fate and is only aiming to have fun hanging around Ayumu until Ayumu kills him. Ayumu and his sister-in-law discuss Ayumu and Hizumi's supposed fate along with the Blade Children, and how there's no real way to prove that the Blade Children or Hizumi will actually kill anyone, which Hizumi counters with there's no way to prove that won't happen, and if it does because Ayumu did nothing, there's no taking back the deaths that would be caused. On the flipside, regardless if it's true or not, if Ayumu kills Hizumi there becomes no way of proving Hizumi wasn't a real threat, so he'd simply be considered righteous in his choice.
Hizumi continues to explain that the factions involved, Savers, Watchers, and Hunters all believe so strongly in fate, they won't interfere. Not only that, but they've killed so many children, they would actively resist admitting they were wrong. Thus, Hizumi has accepted that whether he kills Ayumu and proves fate is fake only to be killed because he has become a threat, or Ayumu simply kills him as fate dictates - he dies either way. Therefore, there is no hope for him.
Ayumu chides him to have patience and insists there's a small hole in this supposed "fate," and Hizumi is surely hiding something too. Still, Ayumu's determined to find hope for everyone, and according to Hizumi: if what you find is an unimaginable monster, it's not my fault, 'kay?
The heaviness ends when Ayumu's sister-in-law asks if Kiyotaka was well, and Hizumi sits down with a smile and says he was fine, but he did often look at photos of her and sigh sadly.
MEMORY 13; day 247 [Bandaids, unlimited use]
Ayumu and Hizumi are in an apartment circa Tokyo, Japan 1999. Hizumi's in an apron, though he's untying it and gathering it up in his hands as they discuss a braided girl whose name Ayumu insists he doesn't remember, which Hizumi points out is terrible. Sighing, Hizumi asks Ayumu if they should "test it."
Before Ayumu can react, Hizumi moves to press a knife against his neck, having had it previously hidden behind his back and then under the apron once he'd gathered it in his hands. Ayumu remains calm, and they continue to talk: Hizumi pointing out that if Ayumu dies, no one will be able to kill Hizumi. Even though according to fate, Hizumi can't kill Ayumu, wouldn't it be interesting if he could actually do so easily?
Ayumu points out that if Hizumi could kill him, it would mean that fate wasn't set in stone and someone could kill Hizumi in turn. Not only that, but the Blade Children's fate could be changed as well, thereby making Ayumu's death hope for everyone.
After a moment of hesitation, Hizumi draws back and sets down the knife, wondering what's worse: the fate of killing someone or the fate of being killed.
Afterwards, they sit down for yogurt together. Hizumi asks Ayumu what song he wants to sing as "God," and Ayumu answers: a war song, defying fate until the very end. Hizumi, meanwhile, says he'll sing a love song to comfort him in his loss against fate - even if it's not very devilish.
MEMORY 14; Miro's Potion (3-4 uses) [Landfall]
Pages 9-25 (Imgur backup)
Hizumi gets dragged out of class by Kirie-chan who's pissed at him for enrolling in high school. She also grabs Ayumu and takes them both to the student guidance office to yell at them because Ayumu's supposed to kill Hizumi and Hizumi's supposed to be killed by Ayumu, but instead they're living together as friends. Ayumu boldly states that he can kill Hizumi at any time, so it doesn't matter if they wait a bit. Kirie dismisses them and tells Hizumi that although he has no sins, he can't be permitted to grow up into the devil, to which Hizumi responds that if he's to become a devil, he'd like to be killed by Ayumu.
Outside of the office, Ayumu reveals he was bluffing and wants Hizumi to help him think of a solution where no one gets hurt, but Hizumi deflects and notes that Ayumu's social life sucks and decides to help Ayumu improve at it starting today.
MEMORY 15 [Landfall]
Snow uses Kansai-ben the whole time.
Hizumi steps into a large, sparse, but lavishly decorated room with barred windows, greeting the shocked boy inside - "It's been a while, Kanone Hilbert." Kanone doesn't understand how Hizumi could have gotten in, much less without Kanone's prior knowledge. But rather than explain any of that, Hizumi pulls out a gun and asks if Kanone would agree to die for him. Instead, Kanone sets aside his cup of tea and charges Hizumi, kicking the gun out of his grasp and grabbing it to point at Hizumi instead. However, Hizumi doesn't seem distressed in the slightest, smiling and laughing as he holds his hands up in surrender. Hizumi takes a seat on the couch and cheerfully says he'll explain all of the answers to Kanone's questions, and Kanone shows his interest in those answers by... walking over and holding the gun right up against Hizumi's head, who merely complains that it hurts.
According to Kanone, only a few people know he is in this facility, and to enter one would need triple the regular permission, a private key and a 7 digit code, and the whole place is under surveillance - so Hizumi shouldn't have been able to get in, much less so easily. Hizumi replies that he has permission, the key, and the code, all because Kiyotaka provided them and said that Hizumi could kill Kanone. Hizumi then begins smugly listing all the other questions that should be raised from that answer even as Kanone panics and tries to regain his grasp on the conversation. Kanone tries to get Hizumi to shut up, But Hizumi continues to talk, grabbing the gun's barrel with a smile, explaining that if he kills Kanone, Ayumu will be forced to either join his side completely or kill Hizumi for killing Kanone. Considering Hizumi is trapped in isolation anyway, he'd gladly welcome death at Ayumu's hands, meaning either result is a win for him. Kanone, however, doesn't understand why Hizumi's so intent on blocking the Blade Children from salvation. Hizumi then goes on to say he doesn't care what happens to the Blade Children and, not shown: explains that Hizumi and Ayumu are clones. Their health is set to decline, resulting in their deaths at an early age, meaning that salvation for the Blade Children wasn't possible to begin with. In his distress, Kanone lowers the gun, and Hizumi plucks it from his hands and points it at him again, saying that Kanone was suicidal to begin with and now he truly has no reason to continue living.
Kanone stands again and says he is prepared to die, but not due to despair. He is determined to die to give Ayumu hope, and warns Hizumi that once he has killed, there is no way to turn back or atone for it. While Hizumi argues that his logic is correct and Ayumu is just as trapped by fate as he is, Kanone retorts that Ayumu might choose to soldier on through it, leaving Hizumi trapped alone. Hizumi only becomes more and more agitated, convinced that he'll win, and Kanone pityingly calls him pathetic, noting that he probably just wanted to be saved, too. Kanone then turns to face the surveillance camera to speak: "Take it, Ayumu. Your "hope.""
Hizumi unloads the revolver on him, killing Kanone. Clearly shaken, he mutters that Kanone was just overthinking it, before making his exit.
MEMORY 16; Flipbook, unlimited uses
Notably, he spends the majority of his time in one of two places: what appears to be a childcare facility of some sort (though he is the only child present) and a medical facility.
The childcare facility is - fine. Fun, even. There's plenty of toys and books and adults who come in and out to look after him and keep him engaged. He's cheerful and friendly; even if it's work, he's far from a fussy child to deal with. Occasionally, a man who looks exactly like a thirty year old Hizumi drops by to see how he's progressing before leaving again, evidently busy.
He's not such a fan of the medical facility, but more because it smells funny and has a lot more rules. He gets frequent checkups in his youth, all to make sure he's growing up healthily. But even still, he doesn't fuss too much over that, either.
There's one day in particular that stands out clearly from the rest. It starts off more or less the same as any other day, but partway through, the adults begin pulling each other away to speak about something out of earshot. Whatever it is, even Hizumi, only about four, can tell something's wrong. Most of them end up coming up with an excuse to step away for a while, leaving him unattended in the facility... only for a man and a woman, both workers, to return while the others are away. He can tell they aren't as happy as they pretend to be, but when they gather up some of his clothes and tell him it's time to go outside, he doesn't fight the tug on his small hand. They've helped take care of him too; there's no reason for him to suspect them.
They bundle him into a car, and they're off, his wide eyes taking in the outside world brimming with curiosity.
MEMORY 17; Day 269, fidget button
A short memory of Hizumi playing harmonica outside of a hospital entrance, stopping as Ayumu exits and greeting him with "How about it, Ayumu? Have you found the song you want to sing as "God?"" To which Ayumu responds "...So what song are you gonna sing as the "Devil", Hizumi?"
It's a cold, wintery day.
MEMORY 18; Flower, via smell Day 275
Ayumu gives Hizumi a short list of groceries to buy on his way home and departs on his own while Hizumi remains in the class for a bit longer, still surrounded by talkative classmates. His attention's still on Ayumu even as he exits though, watching him from the window with an amused smile.
MEMORY 19; 285 [Bingo Chip, Unlimited uses]
He has the attention of everyone in the class, keeping everyone entertained with snatches of music and conversation. It's clear he's in his element, being surrounded by so many people at once and yet never once missing a beat.
MEMORY 20; 285 [Marble, Unlimited Uses]
The man explains that it's his ticket back to Japan. Ayumu, Madoka, and the other Blade Children are all currently hospitalized after the battle with Kanone, though they managed to make it through without any casualties. However, it also means Kirie is busy with cleaning up the aftermath, meaning it's the perfect time for Hizumi to return without attracting attention. He adds that as of now, Hizumi is free to do whatever he wants.
Hizumi gets a sly smile, lightly asking if that means he can get things like weapons, too. Kiyotaka smoothly replies with: how many?
The look of surprise doesn't last long before Hizumi lays out his requests: two handguns, fully loaded, and the keys to Kiyotaka's apartment, so he can live with Ayumu once he returns from the hospital. It sounds like Madoka was in much worse shape, so Ayumu would likely return first, and if he stays there he'll have a chance to make a good impression. And if not... well, it should be okay to kill Kanone too, right?
After all, according to the Composition, Kanone dies.
Kiyotaka agrees: Hizumi can do whatever he wants now, and that includes killing Kanone. He confirms he'll have the guns prepared, and hands over the keys to the apartment willingly, pointing out the difference between the door and the mailbox keys. Kanone is under strict surveillance at the moment and will need permissions and passcodes to meet - these, Kiyotaka will arrange for after their meeting. He also writes out his address and slides it across the table to Hizumi, who takes it with a once again subdued expression. As he grabs the ticket, paper, and keys to pocket, he asks Kiyotaka if he has anything he wants to pass on to his wife, assuming Kiyotaka will continue remaining in hiding for now. Kiyotaka nods, replying that he will remain hidden until Ayumu is ready to kill him, and that he doesn't have anything to pass along to Madoka.
Returning to his usual lighthearted demeanor, Hizumi sighs and shrugs his shoulders, pointing out how cowardly it is of Kiyotaka, not even visiting his wife before he plans to die. Kiyotaka only smiles wryly in response.

Summary:
He speaks with a phony Kansai dialect the entire time.
Hizumi is playing basketball with Ayumu and some fellow high school students. It seems to be his own ragtag group ("Hizumi and Co." on the score board) against the school basketball team, but between Hizumi's incredible athletic ability and Ayumu's direction, Hizumi's team takes the lead. The braided girl (Hiyono) can be seen in the background talking with a young woman with long white hair (Kirie), although due to the focus on Hizumi not much of their conversation can be heard.
In the end, Ayumu stops directing them as effectively, and Hizumi's team loses. Hizumi's upset since this means he doesn't get barbecue and Ayumu's cooking is too refreshing. He spends some time with the other students in the gym after the match while Ayumu, the braided girl, and Kirie exit, only rejoining them to complain that Ayumu caused them to lose. "If you're supposed to be some great demon, then use your power to do something about it yourself." "When a God like you interferes, there's no hope of winnin'."
But as Ayumu and the braided hair girl leave, Hizumi drops his jacket and pauses by Kirie to pick it up, mentioning that he's not just playing around - Ayumu's tough. He then leaves to catch up with Ayumu and the braided hair girl.
